4-Hour Content Sprint

Tuesday Photoshoot Plan

A structured shoot for hero product content, menu video stock, customer experience moments, and Week 1–2 Reels. The shoot keeps Mie Udang as the main hero, Nasi Tim Ayam as the comfort rice hero, and the rest of the menu as supporting variety.

Hero: Mie Udang Second Hero: Nasi Tim Ayam Singapore Comfort Food No Pork, No Lard Green Lake City

Shoot Objective

Because Auntie's is newly opened, the photoshoot should build awareness, product understanding, and trust. It is not just food documentation. It is the first content foundation.

Content Shoot
01

Hero-first visuals

Polished content for Mie Udang, Nasi Tim, outlet awareness, and menu education.

Content Stock
02

Menu library

Quick but usable photo and video stock for supporting menu, sides, drinks, and future story content.

Reels Content
03

2-week supply

Capture enough vertical clips for Week 1 and Week 2 Reels while keeping the shoot realistic for 4 hours.

4-Hour Timeline

To make this doable, we will not shoot every menu equally. Hero products receive full treatment, supporting menu receives quick stock, and human moments are captured at the end using the full table setup.

00:00–00:15

Setup + Outlet Stock

Fast clean shots before the outlet gets busy or messy.

  • Exterior, signage, entrance
  • Interior, cashier, table setup
  • Menu and ordering area
Fast stock
00:15–01:15

Mie Udang Hero Block

The main hero of the brand. This block gets the most attention.

  • Hero bowl, broth spoon, prawn close-up
  • Noodle lift, steam, sambal detail
  • Hand/eating shot and drink pairing
Priority A
01:15–01:55

Nasi Tim Ayam Block

The comfort rice hero for customers who want a warm rice-based option.

  • Hero shot, spoon scoop, steam
  • Texture close-up, eating moment
  • Nasi Tim beside Mie Udang
Priority A
01:55–02:35

Supporting Main Course Sprint

Capture enough content so Auntie's does not look like it only sells two products.

  • Mie Kangkung Belacan
  • Misua Auntie's
  • Mie Ayam
Priority B
02:35–03:15

Side Dish Sprint

Side dishes will be shot for variety, basket-building, and Reels filler.

  • Pangsit Ayam, Lumpia Udang Kulit Tahu
  • He Uan, Leng Hong Kien, Siomay
  • Quick spread for smaller sides
Priority B/C
03:15–03:35

Drinks + Pairing

Drinks help make the brand feel more complete and kopitiam-like.

  • Auntie's Signature Drink
  • Badak
  • Kopi O
Pairing
03:35–04:00

Reels Scenes + Human Moments

Final table setup with people, hands, staff, and customer experience.

Shot Format

For every menu item we capture, the team will follow a repeatable shot system so the library stays useful beyond one post.

01Hero beauty shot: 45-degree angle, clean table, menu clearly visible.
02Texture close-up: broth, topping, spoon scoop, crispy layer, or filling.
03Human interaction: noodle lift, hand pickup, spoon scoop, dip, or bite.
04Table context: placed in a bigger meal spread for family comfort positioning.

Week 1–2 Reels Plan

These Reels will be created from Tuesday's footage. The first week builds clarity and hero-product awareness. The second week expands menu familiarity and family comfort.

What Auntie's Team Should Prepare

This checklist keeps the 4-hour shoot efficient. The more prepared the kitchen and outlet are, the more menu stock we can capture without rushing the hero shots.

Client Checklist

Before Social Sauce Arrives

  • Confirm all Priority A and B menu items are available for shoot.
  • Prepare fresh Mie Udang with best-looking prawns, garnish, and extra broth.
  • Prepare fresh Nasi Tim Ayam for steam and spoon-scoop shots.
  • Prepare side dishes in small batches so they stay fresh and crispy.
  • Prepare Auntie's Signature Drink, Badak, and Kopi O.
  • Clean 1–2 best tables near natural light or strongest lighting.
  • Prepare clean bowls, plates, spoons, chopsticks, tissue, condiments, and takeaway packaging.
  • Have 1 staff member ready for serving and cashier/order scenes.
  • If possible, prepare 1–2 people as casual customer talent.
  • Prepare member promo QR/signage/free menu visual if available.
Please do not prepare all food at once. Start with Mie Udang, then Nasi Tim, then supporting main courses, then sides, then drinks. This keeps the hero products fresh for camera.
Prepare a clean table, visible signage, tidy cashier/order area, and clear entrance path. We will capture both dine-in and first-time customer journey.
Staff should wear clean outlet-appropriate clothing. Talent should look natural, family-friendly, and not overly Gen Z. Hands, serving, eating, and sharing moments are enough.
If the free menu member promo is active, please prepare QR, promo card, or signage. We only need simple visuals: customer signing up, cashier interaction, and handoff moment.
We will protect the hero products first. Mie Udang and Nasi Tim must stay strong. Some Priority C items may be captured only through a spread or montage.

Expected Output

The final asset library should support organic content foundation, not just one-time posting.

4–6 Reels

Enough footage for Week 1 and Week 2 Reels with hero products, menu guide, side dish guide, and comfort meal story.

Feed + Carousel Stock

Hero posts for Mie Udang and Nasi Tim, plus menu education and first-timer content.

Evergreen Library

Outlet, hands, table spread, drinks, sides, takeaway, and member promo stock for future captions and stories.
